About the role: Some of your duties as the Physiotherapist may involve: Attending and actively participating in ward rounds, discharge planning and clinical team meetings. Managing workloads through agreed prioritisation strategies and collaborating with other staff as required. Documenting assessments, interventions and management plans in medical records, according to agreed Allied Health documentation standards. Please note: This position is multi-classed as either AHP1 or AHP2 and classification will be determined by qualifications and/or experience. About you: Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Clinical experience working in an acute health care setting. Physiotherapy skills in the assessment and management of patients with a broad range of conditions relevant to SALHN and the Physiotherapy Department. Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to people of various ages, cultures and backgrounds.
